Child Custody and Access

At Doxtator Law we understand that making decisions involving your children can be extremely difficult. We will ensure that you understand your rights and obligations so that you will be fully informed in making any decisions related to child custody, access, or parenting plans. 

Child Protection

The Children's Aid Society (CAS) is an entity of the Provincial Government that regulates the protection of children in Ontario. There are special considerations for First Nations Children whom are subject to child protection proceedings. We are aware of the gravity of the rights at stake in these cases and we ensure that our clients are fairly represented.
